What you pay, and what you do not.
Lawyer and accountant. We set out our prices, say what is included, and tell you when something is going to cost extra.
Initial consultation
€110–€215
45 minutes by phone or video, plus a written note of the advice. This is the most common starting point and most matters are clarified here.
Document review
€55–€140
Reading and marking up documents you already hold. We say what is wrong with them and how urgent it is.
Contract drafting

Drafting or rewriting an agreement from a brief. Complexity and urgency determine the final figure, which we confirm first.
What is never included
- Court and tribunal fees — these are set by the court, not by us, and are passed through at cost.
- Third-party costs such as search fees, registry charges or counsel's fees where you instruct us to involve them.
- Disbursements from third parties, always quoted before the step is taken.
How we invoice
- Fixed-fee work is invoiced on completion, against the figure confirmed in writing.
- Hourly work, where you prefer it, is billed in six-minute units at the rate stated in your engagement letter.
- We will not exceed an agreed estimate without asking you first.
If you cannot afford it
Tell us. Where a matter is eligible for legal aid or an interest-free payment plan, we will say so rather than take the instruction and leave you to find out later.
