Two sides of the practice
Different matters, different starting points.

For individuals
Personal legal matters
Buying or selling a home, disputes with a neighbour, estate planning, or a debt you cannot pay. We start from the facts and tell you what is realistically achievable.

For businesses
Commercial legal work
Contract review and drafting, shareholder and partnership disputes, employment paperwork, and ongoing advisory. Most work is done on documents we receive electronically.
Fees before you commit
Three prices you can see now.
Every figure below includes what is covered and what is not. If your matter falls outside these, we quote before doing any work.
Initial consultation
€110–€215
45 minutes, either by phone or video, plus a short written note of the advice. Most matters are clarified at this point.
Document review
€55–€140
Reading and marking up documents you already have, with comments on what to change. Charged per document set.
Contract drafting
Dès 290 €
Drafting or rewriting a contract from a brief. Court fees, counsel and third-party charges are billed separately at cost.
Prices are ex VAT where applicable. Court and tribunal fees are never included and are always quoted before you commit to a step.
How we charge, in fullHow working with us actually goes
No office to visit.
Remote does not mean vague. These are the three things that happen instead of a meeting room.
- 01
Tell us what happened
Phone, video or a short form. You get a reply within one working day, and an indication of whether we can act.
- 02
We send a checklist
Before the first consultation we send the documents and dates that matter for your matter. You gather them, we read them in advance.
- 03
You get the advice in writing
After we speak you receive a short written summary: what the position is, what we recommend, what it costs, and what the risks are.

What we take on
Four areas, kept deliberately narrow.

Property law
Sales, purchases, transfers, leases and disputes involving land or buildings.

Contracts and drafting
Reviewing, marking up and drafting agreements, including between businesses.

Civil matters
Debt, negligence, contractual disputes and correspondence before issue.

Wills and estate
Wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate administration.
Who does the work
You speak to the person doing the work.
Every matter is handled by a solicitor from first contact to conclusion. We do not pass files between departments.

Solicitor
Property, contracts and day-to-day business matters. Takes first contact and gives the initial advice.

Associate
Document review, drafting and correspondence. Turns your instruction into something actionable.

Paralegal
Case administration, deadlines and filing. Keeps the timetable so nothing is missed.

Consultant
Complex or high-value matters, and second opinions before a decision is made.
